Tantra Tip of the Day – Women, Self Pleasuring and Orgasms

Self pleasuring is a wonderful way for a woman to explore her own body and play with her sexual energy. It gives her time to discover what excites her without being concerned about pleasing her partner. She gets to experiment with different types of touch, pressure, speed and erogenous zones.

Getting comfortable bringing yourself to climax is an empowering act. It also makes it possible to communicate to your lover how you like to be loved. Learning to communicate how you like to be loved is a great way to deepen intimacy with your partner and increase the likelihood of being touched the way that most pleases you.

Try this: Self-pleasure several times this week. As you pleasure yourself stay very present, noticing what you like in enough detail that you could tell a lover how to do it in the same way. Notice if any resistance comes up around self pleasuring.

If you have a lover and feel ready, self pleasure in front of him, showing him how you love yourself. Arrange a time when you can tell him how you like to be loved as he pleasures you.

Tantra Tip of the Day- Honoring the Beloved

Within each of us is an Inner Beloved. How much are you in touch with yours. I received this piece of writing from my Facebook friend, Frank, this morning. I found it touching. Read it and see what it brings up for you.

My Beloved
In complete surrender, I give my heart to my Beloved. I love her in Form; I love her in Emptiness. I love her as she is coming; I love her as she is going; I love her presence, her absence. I love her in motion; I love her at rest; I love her expression; I love her silence. We are the audience that loves each other into being, her and me. She exists through the function of My Awareness and I am devoted to her out of my own selfish lust for the delight she brings. At the same time, I am immediately willing for her to walk out of my life forever (as if that were possible). My surrender is that complete. Of course, she can never leave me. Yes, water may leave the ocean, but its return is inevitable, and even when some of the water is traveling, even swimming through these veins, the Ocean is still there. My Beloved is forever in my heart, always, in all ways. We are creator and creature of each other. By Frank Carson Boyd, Feb. 24, 2009

In order to give and receive love, you need to have a healthy relationship with both your Inner Lover and Inner Beloved. Try this: Find a place sit or lie down quietly, breathe into your belly and let yourself become relaxed. Imagine yourself in a peaceful place. Call your Inner Beloved to you and see what you discover. How do look, notice their size, shape and coloring? How are they dressed? What qualities do they have? Do they have a message or a gift for you? Repeat this process with your Inner Lover and see what you discover. Find a way to honor both your Inner Beloved and your Inner Lover today. When your Inner Beloved feels honored by your Inner Lover all of your relationships will benefit. Share your experience with someone you love.

The 3 Secrets to Being a Juicy Woman

Giving and receiving love is what makes us juicy and the world needs more juice.”
Crystal Dawn Morris

The 3 Secrets to Being a Juicy Woman

1.) Be your own best lover and beloved. Self Pleasure at least 3 times a week; take your time - make love to yourself the way you would like your lover to make love to you. Relax in the bath and as you touch your body give each part a blessing. Appreciate your body and all that it does for you.

2.) Expand your awareness through your senses. Take 1- 2 minutes out of every hour and focus on a different sense as you let it expand. Let the wind caress your face. Smell the scent of rain, food or even garbage. Look at the world with curiosity as if you just landed on this planet for the first time. Listen to the sounds of the city or of nature. Touch the surface of your desk, chair, or a tree and image it is your lover’s body- then explore it with awe and reverence. Chew your food slowly, savoring each bite, as you might if you knew it was your last time to eat this particular dish.

3.) Offer gratitude for the miracle of life. See the world with new eyes. Imagine all buildings are temples, all people are divine beings and all sounds are mantras. Notice beauty in small unexpected places. Make an offering to the earth for nourishing you. Love life just as it is.
